1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the betbtb website, completing the account registration process, or making use of any service offered through the betbtb platform — including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, and payment services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional policies referenced herein, including the betbtb Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the betbtb platform regardless of the device, browser, or access method used. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between betbtb and the user relating to the subject matter hereof.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

2.1 Minimum Age

The betbtb platform is available exclusively to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. By creating a betbtb account, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years old and that you will not permit persons under the age of 18 to access your account or use the betbtb platform through your credentials.

2.2 Verification Process

betbtb reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any account holder at any time. Acceptable documents may include a national identity card ( NID), passport, or driving licence issued in Bangladesh. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the period specified in betbtb's request may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

2.3 Geographic Eligibility

betbtb primarily serves players located in Bangladesh. It is the sole responsibility of each player to ensure that accessing and using online gaming services is permitted under the laws applicable to them in their place of residence. betbtb makes no representation that access to the platform is legal in all jurisdictions.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain exactly one betbtb account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where betbtb identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, betbtb reserves the right to close all associated accounts, withhold any remaining balances pending investigation, and forfeit any bonuses or promotional rewards credited to those accounts.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your betbtb account, including your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and payment method details. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change. betbtb accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the account holder.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betbtb login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. betbtb will not be held liable for any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify betbtb support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 Account Transfers

betbtb accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, or pledge your account or any of the rights associated with it to any other person or entity.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

betbtb currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfers, BRAC Bank transfers, and selected international card networks including Visa and Mastercard where applicable. The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change. betbtb will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of any changes to accepted payment methods.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 per transaction via bKash and Nagad; ৳200 per transaction via Rocket and Upay; ৳500 per transaction via bank transfer.
• Maximum deposit limits are set per payment method and may vary. Players are advised to check current limits within their account dashboard.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction for all payment methods.
• Maximum withdrawal: Subject to account verification tier and payment method limits. betbtb reserves the right to process large withdrawals in instalments.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high platform activity, public holidays, or where additional verification is required. betbtb does not guarantee processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the betbtb account. betbtb reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method before processing a withdrawal. Withdrawals may be withheld pending completion of identity verification, satisfaction of bonus wagering requirements, or investigation of suspected fraudulent or prohibited activity.

4.5 Currency

All transactions on the betbtb platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). betbtb does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies directly. Any currency conversion fees imposed by a player's bank or payment provider are the sole responsibility of the player.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

betbtb offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit conditions, maximum bet restrictions, and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount received. Only wagers placed on eligible games count towards meeting wagering requirements. betbtb reserves the right to specify game contribution percentages for wagering requirement calculations.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

betbtb employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same promotional offer multiple times through duplicate accounts, exploiting technical errors or loopholes, and using low-variance betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine game play. Where bonus abuse is identified, betbtb reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and to suspend or permanently close the relevant account.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the betbtb platform is governed by its own set of rules published within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing wagers. In the event of a discrepancy between a game's displayed rules and the outcome produced by the game software or live studio, betbtb will investigate and, where applicable, issue corrections at its reasonable discretion.

6.2 RNG Integrity

All betbtb casino games that are not live-streamed utilise certified Random Number Generator technology to determine outcomes. The RNG systems used by betbtb's game providers are independently audited to ensure statistical randomness and fairness. betbtb does not alter or interfere with RNG outputs in any way.

6.3 Live Casino Standards

Live dealer games on betbtb are operated by third-party studio providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. These studios operate under their own regulatory frameworks. betbtb requires all live studio partners to adhere to published fair-play standards. In the event of a technical failure during a live game round, the round may be declared void and stakes returned to players.

6.4 Malfunctions

In the event of a software malfunction, game server error, or network disruption affecting the outcome of any game, betbtb reserves the right to void the affected game round. Bets placed during a confirmed malfunction period are not eligible for payout. betbtb will not be held liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

6.5 Prohibited Gameplay Methods

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to place wagers is strictly prohibited.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited and any winnings generated through such means are void.
• Collusion between players in multiplayer games is prohibited.
• Placing bets in a coordinated manner with other accounts to guarantee a risk-free outcome (arbitrage through linked accounts) is prohibited.

7. Responsible Gaming

betbtb is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire platform. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we provide a range of tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity. All responsible gaming tools are available free of charge to every betbtb account holder.

7.1 Available Tools

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure reminders that notify them of elapsed play time at set intervals.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or indefinitely. During self-exclusion, account access is suspended and promotional communications are ceased.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may take a temporary break from the platform for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without formal self-exclusion.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betbtb platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required:

1. Registering an account if you are under the age of 18 or are located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
2. Registering more than one betbtb account under any name, identity, or payment method.
3. Using false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or verification.
4. Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including proceeds of crime or fraud.
5. Using the betbtb platform to launder money or to facilitate financial crime of any kind.
6. Engaging in chargeback fraud by disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider.
7. Using automated software, bots, or scripts in connection with any betbtb game or service.
8. Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the betbtb platform's software or infrastructure.
9. Harassing, threatening, or abusing betbtb staff or other players via any communication channel.
10. Misrepresenting your identity or impersonating another person in any communication with betbtb.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the betbtb platform — including but not limited to the betbtb logo, website design, graphics, text, software code, game assets licensed for display, and marketing materials — is the property of betbtb or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the betbtb platform for your personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any betbtb content without prior written authorisation from betbtb. Any unauthorised use of betbtb's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betbtb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the betbtb platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, even if betbtb has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

betbtb's total aggregate liability to you arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your betbtb account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

betbtb does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or free of viruses or other harmful components. betbtb accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime, maintenance periods, or technical failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your betbtb account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Any active bonus funds at the time of closure will be forfeited unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.

11.2 Termination by betbtb

betbtb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent or prohibited activity, failure to complete identity verification, provision of false registration information, or on the instruction of a relevant authority.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure or termination, your right to access the betbtb platform ceases immediately. Verified real-money balances (excluding any unmet bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and satisfaction of all applicable conditions.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

betbtb collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering a betbtb account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. betbtb uses SSL-encrypted connections for all data transmission. betbtb does not sell or rent personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Personal data may be shared with third-party payment processors, game providers, and identity verification services only to the extent necessary to provide the betbtb service.

13. Amendments to These Terms

betbtb reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, betbtb will endeavour to provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to the registered account address or via a prominent notice on the betbtb platform. Continued use of the betbtb platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect.
